it sucks, netflix never did work, it's slow to start up, it feels like a machine that was built in 1980.Samsung support was a joke, all they tell you was to restart the player, or they would blame netflix,or your internet povider. I was on the phone with samsung for almost a week. If your buying this for stream video, Just google "Sumsnung gateway ping fail".
