Purchase Samsung BD-P3600 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player

I bought this player back in May and was waiting to write a review until I had used it for a while to see how it works. I love it, the blu-ray is beautiful, and I have no problems with the Netflix at all, it has worked perfectly from set up along with Pandora (which I don't use much because it is just not user friendly).
I did have the problem with the last update, once it was done loading the machine was totally unworkable, frozen at the load screen. I called customer service, explained the problem.. they had me send it to them and 5 days later I got it back and it has been working perfectly ever since. AND when I got it back it had a new choice for YouTube on the screen with the netflix and pandora options. (the YouTube option is great! I get to watch all it right off of my bigscreen!) So, all in all I have to give it four stars... they lose one for sending out an automatic update that hosed the machine....I would definitely buy it again.
