Cheapest Samsung BD-P3600 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player

I was given this as a gift. Don't have any problems with it. I am very happy with it. I have read complaints about netflix freezing and I have had this happen. I have also had this happen through my xbox 360. I was told I could exchange it for a ps3. I am frankly quite glad that I have a stand alone player. Fan noise actually does get annoying especially in a quiet movie. It is very fast on loading and the set-up was pretty easy. I don't know if this is a complaint or a problem with a particular disc, but I do have one problem with playback for "Ninth Gate." It downloaded a firmware update and this was my first movie that I put in. Other movies play fine. I am at my wits end so I am asking here. Trailers play and then at the main menu, I get the audio loop and the screen animations for the menu screen. I get no menu selections. I can not go any further, I have to turn the unit off. Anyone else out there have this problem. Oh, I did return the first disc and the second did the same thing even after the most recent fw update from a few days ago. Any help would be appreciated.
