I was particularily interested in getting the internet connection in place but the player failed to operate after about 30 minutes of operation. Samsung required that the unit be returned for service. The company provided everything needed to return the unit, but it was two weeks before I received the unit back from repair!

I am very pleased with the player's performance. It interfaces with my local WiFi network and works great with Netflix streaming video. It took a while to get familiar with the controls, but once mastered, it is easy to come back to. During the learning cycle, I had to call Samsung several times and always got prompt and pleasant response.
