Samsung BD-P3600 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player

Pros:
-As a DVD player, the player is excellent. Good images, sound, etc.
-Netflix streaming to the TV is a great idea
-Pandora is awesome

Cons:
-Each time the firmware updates (every month or two), the device completely resets, and you have to re-do all the settings.
-I have found the wireless network connection to be unreliable. I have several other wireless devices that are further from my router, but the Samsung drops the connection frequently (I'm now shopping for a 50' ethernet cable to run under the house
-don't bother contacting Samsung "support." The employees apparently aren't trained on the product or on basic human interaction. A frustrating waste of time.
